We needed the iPad back same day and he was very understanding, and had it ready for us in a couple of hours! My experience was great. I had a charging issue and he had that problem solved it 2 minutes. He checked the phones battery life and it was at the end so he replaced the battery. It took a total of 5 minutes and I was out with a working phone again.

My iPad had quit taking a charge. Off warranty so after a bad experience with apple fixing my husbands Ipad with the same issue, my granddaughter said to try this place. My iPad repair was done very quickly, overnight, for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend going there and will return with any other repairs my electronics will need.

Honest and professional service! The metal piece from the charging cable broke off and got stuck inside my kids iPad mini charge port. I watched him remove the metal piece and repair the charge port all within minutes of entering the shop. Even though it was a simple fix using the right type of tools, I was willing and wanting to pay for the service but he refused because it wasn’t a job that he would charge his customers. Very grateful for his time and kindness, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any mobile device here for repair.

With advice from this guy, it wasnt worth repairing my phone. Very sad!An honest opinion from a fellow technician, I usually repair my own equipment, but did not want to buy the specialized heater tools fot a one off fix.I would go again, if my phone was worth it.

Extremely helpful, friendly and quick! I came in thinking I was going to need a new phone due to being unable to unlock my iPhone, which I was convinced was a software issue. Luckily for me they were able to diagnose the problem as my screen being the problem. They replaced it, put a screen protector on and I was in and out in no time.
